Sebastian Giraldo Makovej is a four-time Sommelier Champion: two-time Hungarian Sommelier of the Year (’22 & ’23), Hungarian Sommelier Champion (’22) and Polish Sommelier Champion (’23). He has represented Hungary internationally in the Balkan Sommelier Competition (2nd place) and in ASI’s 2023 Best Sommelier of the World competition. He is an Advanced Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommeliers. He currently works as Sauska Winery’s Brand Ambassador.

Péter Tüű became a Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2012 and is a 2-time Hungarian Sommelier Champion. He received the Champagne Master-Level Certificate from the Wine Scholar Guild. He worked for over 3 years in Switzerland, among others in the 1-Michelin-starred Restaurant Adler in Hurden. Besides his main job, as an Executive Sommelier at a Michelin-recommended restaurant, Laurel, in Budapest, he compiles wine lists and provides training for other restaurants. He also teaches about wine, champagne and sparkling wine, as well as food and wine pairing at several wine-related educational institutes in Budapest, such as CEWI – the Central European Wine Institute – and consults for wineries in Hungary.
