Bujdosó Winery

The Bujdosó family cultivates grapevines on 85 hectares on the south shore of Lake Balaton, in the precious hills of Somogy. Three generations share the work at the winery. 60% of their vineyards are planted with white varieties. They work with indigenous varieties such as Olaszrizling, Kékfrankos and Irsai Olivér. Their goal is to reach the highest possible level in winemaking and to achieve chemical-free farming. They are constantly experimenting with varieties which could answer the challenges posed by climate change and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our times.
