The Anonym Pince Winery is one of the pioneers of methode traditionnelle sparkling wine production in Etyek. Sofia and Áron Szövényi founded the family winery in 2006. Based on their experience in Franciacorta, Italy, the first sparkling wine harvest was made in 2006 with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. In 2008 the first still wines were produced from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Soon they were working on 3 hectares of vines inherited from uncle Ernő. In 2014 a new vineyard of Pinot Noir with Dijon clones was planted. The annual production is 30,000 bottles, the area under vine is 4.5 hectares.
