Bottle-aged, bottle-fermented sparkling wine from limestone soils. The base wines used to make the cuvée are mostly from the 2017 vintage, with tank fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation. The tirage took place in August 2018. Bottle aged for over 60 months, 7 g dosage.
