They have been producing certified organic grapes and wines since 2014, and have qualified for the international Demeter biodynamic certification since 2020. Their aim is to produce vibrant, natural wines and to preserve Tokaj’s winemaking traditions, believing that biodynamic values guarantee high quality and are the best way to show the potential of the terroir and indigenous grape varieties.
