‘Aries’ is a selection from old Riesling vines planted in 1976. This vineyard is located in one of the best positions in our plot called ‘Templomdombi’ around 240m altitudes. In 2018 the training was high, curtain system, from 2019 we started to convert to low, goblet in more steps.

- Brief description of viticulture, fermentation, vinification and maturation: Hand harvest, gentle direct press using whole bunches, the juice is racked by gravity to two 750L stoneware vessels. Ageing on the lees for 18 months. Bottled without fining, filtration and without any added SO2.
