Our estate was established in 2011 on Szent György-hegy in the Balaton Uplands. As ‘nature assistants’ our task is to show the true face of our volcanic terroir and its dormant energies with as little intervention as possible through mainly indigenous grape varieties. Demeter certified no-till farming since 2014, no fining, no  filtration and no additives since 2018.
